AIABI (Asosiasi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Indonesia)

Asosiasi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Indonesia (AIABI) adalah asosiasi/organisasi nirlaba yang bergerak di bidang Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis di Indonesia.

Berdirinya Asosiasi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Indonesia (AIABI) salah satunya dilatar belakangi oleh keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No 45/U/2002 tentang Kurikulum Inti Pendidikan Tinggi, yang menyatakan bahwa Pihak Menteri tidak menetapkan kurikulum inti namun ditetapkan oleh kalangan perguruan tinggi bersama masyarakat profesi dan pengguna lulusan.

Sehingga pada acara PERTEMUAN NASIONAL Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis/Niaga yang tanggal 1-3 Desember 2008 tepatnya di Grand Hotel Preanger Bandung, para peserta yang adalah praktisi di bidang Pendidikan Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis sepakat bersama-sama membentuk sebuah asosiasi yang salah satu kegiatan utamanya adalah Penyusunan dan Pengembangan Kurikulum Inti Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis.

AIABI terbentuk secara resmi pada tanggal 2 Desember 2008, dan dihadiri oleh 43 orang peserta yang juga sebagai pendiri AIABI.

AIABI didirikan dengan maksud sebagai wadah untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan ilmu dan praktek bisnis di Indonesia.

A Management Associate Program is designed to provide an unparalled opportunity for highly entreprenurial, enthusiastic and ambitious young graduates to revolutionize the online shopping and selling experience in South East Asia.

The successful candidates will get to join the 24 month fast track program that will accelerate their discovery of Lazada Group and the exciting E-Commerce industry.



The program is designed to provide you with maximum exposure and depth of learning within each pillar of Lazada Group’s business. Management associate will be rotated across 3 Key Business Functions:


The heart of Lazada’s Business where the key functions within Customer Experience, Vendor Operations, Content, Sourcing and Fulfillment work in tandem to provide customers a delightful experience.


The driver of Lazada business where Retail, Vendor Acquisition, Pricing, Category Management are key to ensuring a strong revenue stream and growth pipeline.


The face of Lazada where core functions such as Brand and Communications, Online Marketing, Partnerships, and Campaign Management are crucial to driving site traffic and ensuring we stay fresh and relevant to customers.

You will be exposed to 4 rotations within your selected field during the 24 months program with a minimum of 6 months in each assigned role. The rotation will allow you to broaden your understanding and gain in depth insights into te business to build a strong foundation and develop your technical and management skills.



In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
